New Faculty Coaches- Angelina Massoia

During Massoia’s first year coaching Hopkins Softball, she found herself surrounded by “a great team full of passionate players” and was thankful for how “these players helped [her] embrace the pre-existing culture [that she] was stepping into.” Massoia and the team had a successful debut season, and she hopes that the team will continue to rise through the ranks to the top of the FAA standings. Massoia said, “It’s been a couple [of] years since there has been a true season with a playoff, so we will look to accomplish that on-field goal this season.” Massoia also hopes to improve the team off of the softball field, with goals including “maintain[ing] a positive team culture, make[ing] improvements in our fundamental softball skills, and compete[ing] hard in each game we play.”
